About PDF Merger

PDF Merger combines several PDF files into a single PDF. Drop files in, reorder them with drag-and-drop or the ↑↓ buttons, and merge them in whatever order you like.

Up to 10 files per batch, with a 100 MB cap per file. You can name the output file yourself, which is handy when shipping quotes, contracts, receipts, or application packets together.

All PDFs are merged entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server. Confidential or personally-identifying documents stay local. Runs entirely in your browser.

How to use

  1. Drop PDFs into the dropzone, or click to pick them (up to 10 files).
  2. Reorder files by dragging them or using the ↑↓ buttons on each row.
  3. Type the output file name in the "Output file name" box (a sensible default is provided).
  4. Click "Merge and download" — the combined PDF downloads automatically.
  5. Remove unwanted entries with the delete button on each row.

Use cases

  • Accounting and sales staff sending a single PDF with quotes, invoices, and receipts to a customer.
  • Administrative staff archiving multi-day contracts or meeting notes as one file.
  • Researchers and presenters bundling decks from a conference or seminar in speaking order.
  • Submitting application packets in the exact order required by a school or government office.
  • Individuals combining monthly receipt scans for personal accounting.

Notes

  • Maximum 100 MB per file, up to 10 files per merge.
  • Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged — remove the password first, then load.
  • Page sizes and orientations are preserved per file (A4 and B5 are not normalized).
  • Merging may invalidate digital signatures. If legal originality matters, take care.
  • The merged PDF downloads on the spot and is never stored on a server.

FAQ

Are PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. Merging happens entirely in your browser, so confidential or personally-identifying documents are safe to use here.
Can I change the order later?
Reorder files at any time by dragging them in the list, or by stepping them with the ↑↓ buttons. You can keep adjusting until you click "Merge and download".
Can I merge encrypted PDFs?
Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged. Export an unprotected copy first, then bring it back in.
Is there a page limit?
No hard page limit. File size caps (100 MB per file, up to 10 files) and browser memory are the real constraints — for very large jobs, split inputs and merge in stages.
Can I name the output file freely?
Yes — type any name into "Output file name". A default is provided, but anything you type becomes the download file name.
