Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of all features and tools (collectively, the "Service") provided by MU Tools (https://my-util.com, the "Site"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms.

Article 2 (The Service)

The Service is a collection of free, registration-free web tools that run entirely in your browser. In principle, all processing is completed inside the user's browser and input data is not sent to our servers. Tools that, as an exception, make server-side requests to external sources are described in the Privacy Policy.

Article 3 (Conditions of Use)

  1. The Service is available to anyone, free of charge and without account registration.
  2. Both personal and commercial use are permitted.
  3. The output of the Service (converted results, generated data, and the like) may be used freely by the user. However, the user remains responsible for the rights clearance of the input materials themselves.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

When using the Service, users must not engage in any of the following:

  1. Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
  2. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service (including excessive requests, mass access via automated scripts or crawlers, and unauthorized use of the Service as an API).
  3. Unauthorized access to the systems that make up the Service, reverse engineering, or tampering with the source code.
  4. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or redistribution of the Site's content, tool implementations, UI, design, or explanatory text (except for components that are released as open source).
  5. Use of the Service for the purpose of infringing the rights of third parties.
  6. Any other act that the operator deems inappropriate.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

The copyrights to the Site's code, UI, logo, design, and the explanatory text for each tool belong to the operator or the rightful third-party rights holders.

Article 6 (Modification, Suspension, and Termination of the Service)

The operator may change, add to, remove, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice. The Service may also become temporarily unavailable without notice due to hosting infrastructure or deployment circumstances.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The detailed disclaimer regarding the Service is set out separately in the Disclaimer page.

Article 8 (External Links)

Where the Site links to external websites, the operator assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the content, operation, or safety of those external sites.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The Terms are construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court or summary court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.

Article 10 (Changes to the Terms)

The operator may revise the Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect at the moment they are posted on this page.
